Peter has had a diverse business career. He has held various managerial roles over the past 30 years in engineering, construction, building automation and property investment companies.
Peter’s project management experience has involved the assessment for investment purposes of a significant number of property developments across a wide gamut of the property sectors. He has managed over 50 property development projects including project management role, subdivision, townhouse, apartment and mixed use development projects, total over $100 million.
Peter is a renowned guest speaker on different events, workshops and seminars such are REIV (Real Estate Institute of Victoria), BCG (Business Concepts Group) master class and more. His requested topics of presentation would include AFSL compliance, structuring, asset protection, risk mitigation, legal documentation, finding development sites, market research and sales strategies, due diligence, financial feasibility and completing the Project.
Peter is well respected by his peers and associates and highly regarded by his investor clients as honest, attentive to details, knowledgeable in financial lending, accounting, legal contracts and business acumen.
Peter has experience as director on a number of organisations and community groups, including a director at Bendigo bank, Mount Eliza community branch for 6 years. His current role as Managing Director of Master Capital Group, is a true “driver” in the business success.
