We typically fund projects with an end value of 2-20 million dollars using the following strategies;

Property development funding

Master Capital Group fund medium density residential development projects, for either part of or the full equity in a project. We supply mezzanine funding, which is the gap between the first mortgage and the total development cost. We also fund the soft costs such as the plans and permits, required before the actual development can commence.

Property options funding

This is an agreement between the vendor (owner) and a developer, to exchange land at an agreed price, by an agreed date. An option allows the developer to plan and obtain approvals and permits before actually purchasing the land.  Master Capital Group helps the developer by funding the option fee and soft costs before the actual purchase is complete.

Short-term project funding

This project funding is usually for a short time. This may range from 3 to 12 months depending on the developer’s requirements.

Renovation funding

Master Capital Group funds major renovation projects such as large residential unit and office complexes.

Strata-title funding

A strata-title is a property devised for multi-level apartment blocks and horizontal subdivisions with shared areas. This allows individual ownership of part of a property (called a lot and generally an apartment or townhouse), combined with shared ownership in the reminder (called the common property). They usually have a body corporate. Master Capital Group help fund the costs associated with obtaining such a title.
